Dastardly dactyls

My homework this week, a form called double dactyls (an explanation – http://lonestar.texas.net/~robison/dactyls.html).

It is not at all easy! My only completed one so far is…

Spitterly, spatterley
sweet Lady Chatterley
fancied her gamekeeper
though she be wed –
desperate, passionate,
overlibidinous,
aroused him,  seduced him-
made her own bed.

    Fantastic – I love it! The rhythm really flows. As you say, double dactyls really are not at all easy (my only attempt so far doesn’t quite get enough rhythm). Adrienne’s certainly going to say ‘you’ve nailed it’…
